My wife and I are thrilled with the new roof and gutters that we entrusted to J.F. Baker's Sons. We short-listed 3 companies for the proposal stage, and Chad and his company were the obvious best choice to go with (the names of the other 2 rhymed with "tooth" and "bloomin'"). Chad put in the most effort vs the other 2, up front, to assess our roof and our needs, and to respond quickly to our questions stemming from J.F. Baker's proposal. I was especially impressed by the 3 conversations I had with 3 existing J.F. Baker customers -- who all sang Chad's and the company's praises. Their stories of how Chad and the company treated them while doing excellent work were inspiring. Fast-forward to install: the crew was a pleasure to have at our residence during installation, and they did a super job cleaning up while protecting our landscaping. We were so pleased, we had them leave their sign in our yard for 10 days. But here's where J.F. Baker *really* shined: a couple of months after install a very minor issue arose, and I reached out to Chad via email to request some help. The very next morning at 8:30am, two gentlemen from the same crew arrived and promptly addressed it. And THAT my friends is how you know you chose the right roofer!

I was very pleased from start to finish, everyone really did a great job. Every aspect was professional and well done. I got a new roof and they cleaned up everything afterward. I'm impressed. I highly recommend these guys!

We had a wonderful experience installing our new roof with J.F. Baker's. Teri, the office manager, was always extremely kind, helpful, and communicative - she was able to help with any and all insurance questions. Pat (one of the owners) came by to help with picking the color and was also very knowledgeable and kind. Bryan was thorough and helpful when talking me through the estimate. Everything was done efficiently with great communication from all team members, and our new roof looks great!

J.F.Baker's Sons Roofing did an absolutely great job, removing our old roof, replacing several underlying boards, installing underlayment, new roofing shingles, new flashing, caulking all joints and screw heads on flashing, and cleaning up so well the property had NO debris, nails, or even bits of paper from the job when they left. They came when they said they would, and the work was done quickly (three very full days). This work was done at a very fair price. We love our new green roof (a newly available color) and highly recommend J.F. Baker's Son's Roofing, without any reservation.

We got two estimates and used JF Baker for our detached garage roof replacement. Not only did they have the best price, there were no high pressure sales tactics, unlike the other quote. They were flexible with us on scheduling, their crew came promptly when scheduled, and finished the job efficiently with excellent workmanship, including repair of the roof deck. They matched the shingles to our house which they did 5 years ago, and included aluminum drip molding around the edges, much better quality installation than the old roof. Highly recommend.
